Taiwan is making health innovation a global conversation. Launched June 3, the Go Healthy with Taiwan campaign aims to connect Taiwan’s cutting-edge wellness products and technologies with innovators worldwide. Spearheaded by the International Trade Administration (TITA) under the MOEA and executed by TAITRA, this international call invites anyone—from governments to startups—to pitch solutions that fuse Taiwanese know-how with global health challenges.
The launch event was vibrant and symbolic, taking place in a baseball-themed venue that included surprise appearances by baseball celebrity An-Ko Lin and the beloved mascot Fu Bear. Together, they delivered “home runs” to represent Taiwan’s drive to hit global health goals out of the park.
The focus? Five pillars of health excellence: smart healthcare, wellness & beauty, fitness innovation, sports tech, and eco-friendly bicycles. Taiwan’s long-standing leadership in these sectors—especially its world-renowned bicycle industry and emerging smart fitness equipment—makes it an ideal launchpad for transformative ideas.
Building on the success of the 2024 “Go Green with Taiwan” initiative, which drew submissions from 45 countries, the 2025 health-focused version sets the bar even higher, aiming for over 500 global entries.
Winners get more than cash ($30,000 each)—they get access to Taiwan’s R&D giants and the opportunity to take their innovations to a global scale.
Deadline to apply: August 14, 2025
