July 22 – Orange Cat Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Orange Cat”) has officially rolled out its first batch of smart shared charging stations in Germany, signaling the beginning of its ambitious European expansion. This milestone underscores the company’s commitment to building a robust presence in Europe and advancing its mission to promote green mobility through intelligent energy solutions.

Established in April 2025 in Hong Kong, Orange Cat focuses on the innovation, production, and operation of smart shared charging devices designed to support sustainable transportation and portable energy access. In May, the company formally entered the German market by opening a regional office in Baden-Württemberg and initiating the first phase of its European deployment plan, which includes 3,000 to 5,000 units strategically placed across major urban hubs, commercial districts, and popular tourist destinations.

The initial rollout has already been completed in cities such as Stuttgart and Munich. Orange Cat’s flagship product—a next-generation shared power bank—features an advanced device management platform and localized operational capabilities. It offers convenient, short-term mobile charging services for commuters, travelers, and leisure users, ensuring seamless energy access whenever and wherever it’s needed.

“We see Europe entering a critical growth phase for sustainable mobility and portable energy solutions,” said the Head of Orange Cat’s European Operations. “Germany is our first European market due to its rigorous regulatory framework, strong demand for green technologies, and highly engaged user base. It’s the ideal launchpad for scaling our shared energy ecosystem across the continent.”

Orange Cat’s devices meet all major EU safety and environmental standards, including CE and RoHS certifications. Each unit is equipped with GPS tracking, real-time monitoring, and analytics to ensure efficient operations. Alongside the hardware, Orange Cat is building a fully integrated ecosystem that includes a backend management system, merchant-facing platform, and a user-friendly mobile app to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.

Localization plays a key role in the company’s European strategy. Orange Cat has formed partnerships with local German enterprises, recruited in-market operations and support teams, and is actively contributing to industry standardization initiatives in the shared charging sector. This approach ensures faster response times, better user retention, and alignment with regional market needs.

Looking ahead, Orange Cat plans to expand beyond Germany into France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Austria, ultimately reaching more than 100 European cities over the next 18 months. The company’s vision is to create a cross-border, intelligent shared charging network that enhances smart mobility and supports Europe’s transition to sustainable energy solutions.
