London, United Kingdom – July 9, 2025 – Taiwan is taking a major step toward fostering international health and wellness innovation with the launch of the “Go Healthy with Taiwan 2025” campaign in the UK. Initiated by the Taiwan International Trade Administration (TITA) under the Ministry of Economic Affairs and organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), this campaign invites UK public institutions, businesses, and SMEs to develop creative proposals that apply Taiwan’s advanced wellness technologies to address community health needs.
The program highlights three strategic wellness sectors—Fitness & Sports Technology, Cycling, and Smart Healthcare. By encouraging collaborative innovation, it aims to improve health outcomes and promote sustainable lifestyles across the UK.
To recognize and support outstanding ideas, the campaign will award three US$30,000 prizes to the most impactful proposals. Additionally, the top six teams will be invited to Taiwan for an exclusive “Go Healthy Tour,” offering hands-on experiences with Taiwan’s cutting-edge health technology ecosystem. This curated visit will include live product demonstrations, site tours, and networking sessions with leading Taiwanese companies, providing valuable opportunities for collaboration and market exploration.
“The enthusiasm we’re seeing from the UK has been remarkable,” said Mr. Ares Chen (Chen Chien Ming), Director of TAITRA London. “This campaign strengthens cross-border partnerships that empower communities with Taiwan’s most innovative health solutions, paving the way for healthier societies and deeper international cooperation.”
